Effective October 22, 2026. This policy covers the PinkRyno Studios website and our games, including Tiny Trails: Space on the web, the Apple App Store, and Google Play.

Who we are

PinkRyno Studios is an independent game studio in Florida, USA. TODO for the owner: replace this sentence with the legal name and a mailing address before the policy is linked from a store listing.

What this policy covers

It covers pinkrynostudios.com and the games we publish for children, including games offered under the Apple App Store kids category and Google Play Families. If a store listing asks for a privacy policy URL, this page is that URL.

Information we collect

We do not collect personal information through the website or our games. Personal information means information that identifies a person or can reasonably be linked to a person. That includes a name, email address, phone number, photo, voice, precise location, contacts, and an account identifier.

There are no accounts, no sign-up forms, and no profile to fill in. We do not ask a child for any of those things. We do not collect gameplay analytics.

Ads, tracking, and SDKs

We do not show ads. We do not let anyone else show ads in our games or on this website. We do not use interest-based advertising.

We do not use third-party advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, attribution SDKs, crash-reporting SDKs, or social SDKs. The website does not load fonts, pictures, or scripts from any other site.

Purchases

Some games may offer a one-time unlock. There is no subscription. If you buy an unlock, Apple or Google processes the payment under that store's own terms and privacy policy. We do not receive your payment card number. We do not receive a child's name from the store.

The unlock is tied to the store account that paid, which is how Restore Purchases works. See the support page.

Cookies and device storage

This website does not set cookies. It does not use local storage, session storage, or similar storage. The parental gate asks a grown-up a question in the moment and does not save the answer.

Children

Our games and this website are directed to children under 13, and parents use them too. We follow the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act by not collecting personal information from children. Because we do not collect it, we do not ask for verifiable parental consent to collect it.

We do not knowingly receive personal information from a child. If you believe we have, email us and we will delete it.

Email you send us

If you email support@pinkrynostudios.com (leaves this website, a grown-up answers first), we receive whatever you choose to write, and we use it only to reply. Please do not include a child's name, photo, or precise location. We do not add your address to a mailing list. You can ask us to delete the conversation and we will.

How to delete information

We do not have a player profile to delete. To remove a game from a device, uninstall it. To stop using the website, close the tab. Purchases remain with Apple or Google, and you manage them in that store account. To delete emails you sent us, write to support@pinkrynostudios.com (leaves this website, a grown-up answers first) and ask.

Hosting

These pages are static files. We do not add analytics, and we do not receive a report of who visited or what a child played.

The company that hosts the files may keep ordinary technical logs, such as an IP address and the page that was requested, to keep the service secure. We do not use those logs to identify a child, build a profile, or advertise, and we do not combine them with other information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of the page. The store listings point at this same URL.
