Rosie Ryno the pink rhino, PinkRyno Studios mascot, here to help parents with support questions

Support

Rosie is here to help

A grown-up can write to us about a purchase, a device, or anything that felt off in a game. This page is the support contact for our website and for our App Store and Google Play listings.

Email support@pinkrynostudios.com (leaves this website, a grown-up answers first). The link asks a short multiplication question first, so a small child does not open the mail app. The address is support@pinkrynostudios.com.

Common questions

Restore purchases

Open the game and go to the Grown-ups area. Choose Restore Purchases. Sign in with the same Apple ID or Google account that bought the unlock. The purchase lives on that store account. We do not have an account for your child, so there is nothing to sign in to on our side.

If the unlock does not come back, email us and tell us which store you used. Please do not include a child's name.

The parental gate

Links that leave this website ask a grown-up to answer a short multiplication question first. That includes app stores and email. Play in the browser stays on our site and does not ask.

The question is a speed bump so a small child does not wander off to another site. It is not an account, and we do not save the answer.

Deleting data

We do not collect personal data, so there is no profile to delete. To remove a game, uninstall it. To leave the website, close the tab. Purchases stay with Apple or Google. You manage or refund those in the store account.

The full explanation is in the privacy policy.

Playing in the browser

Tiny Trails: Space can be played in the browser from its game page. That version is hosted on this site. It does not ask for an account.

Something went wrong

Email support@pinkrynostudios.com (leaves this website, a grown-up answers first) and tell us the game, the device (iPhone, iPad, Android, or a browser), and what happened. Please do not send a child's name, photo, or precise location. A grown-up's first name and the store they used is enough.
